Job summary

IMD, the International Institute for Management Development, in Lausanne, seeks a Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate a portfolio of executive development programs. You will work with participants, the Program Director and suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery before, during and after sessions.

You will support faculty and handle diverse tasks from budgeting to event coordination, with potential travel and some weekend work. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in hospitality management, tourism, marketing or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience in international customer relations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong organization and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with virtual conferencing tools.
• Team player with strong communication and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Organize all logistical aspects for executive development programs.
• Prepare program budgets and manage accounting for the programs.
• Communicate professionally with participants, faculty and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery formats: face-to-face, virtual and hybrid.
• Prepare session details and troubleshoot technical aspects as needed.
• Gather teaching materials and liaise with internal departments.
• Provide program support from start to finish, including travel and on-campus activities.
• Populate the online learning platform with program details and session prep.
