Zusammenfassung

The International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne is seeking a Career Development Center Intern (100%) for 2027. You will support the CDC with administrative tasks, surveys, and logistics, while helping keep systems up to date and processes streamlined.

You will work closely with the MBA office and other teams, engaging with students on logistics and communication. A Swiss work permit or EU/Swiss citizenship is required.

Qualifikationen

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be enrolled at a university for the duration of the contract.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

  • Provide general administrative support for the Career Development Center (CDC).
  • Assist with surveys and feedback collection using Qualtrics.
  • Coordinate room bookings, calendars, and event logistics.
  • Track attendance and support planning and follow-up of CDC events.
  • Maintain CDC systems (12twenty, Canvas, Teams, Salesforce) with content.
  • Organize CDC shared folders and develop SOPs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across CDC and IMD.

The Job's Mission

We are looking for dynamic intern to support the Career Development Center (CDC).

Key activities & accountabilities
  • Providing general administrative support for the CDC and contributing to process improvements (e.g., Excel lists, student groups creation, photos, printing materials, etc.).
  • Collecting feedback and creating surveys using Qualtrics.
  • Managing logistical tasks such as room bookings, calendar scheduling, and related coordination.
  • Tracking attendance at CDC events.
  • Supporting the planning, logistics, and follow-up of CDC events (e.g., visitor badges, lunch bookings, postings, gift preparation, room signage).
  • Maintaining and updating CDC systems (e.g., 12twenty, Canvas, Teams, Salesforce) with relevant content such as events, assignments, workshops, job opportunities, resource library items, and contact details.
  • Assisting the CDC team with ad hoc requests and operational needs.
  • Organising and streamlining the CDC shared folder, enhancing the structure and filing system.
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Engaging with students in relation to logistics management and communication.
  • Collaborating with other colleagues across CDC, Degree Programmes and IMD as a whole.

Education
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
Experience
  • Must be enrolled in a University for the duration of the contract
