Job summary

EHL Group in Lausanne is seeking an Education Program Manager to oversee executive education programs and EMBA-level offerings, coordinating with faculty, partners and learners. You will drive program materials, manage operations including AV and translations, ensure budgets, timelines and stakeholder satisfaction across on-site, virtual and blended formats.

A senior candidate with 7+ years of program coordination, strong planning, multilingual communication, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in program coordination and event management.
• Experience with higher-education programs, virtual and blended formats.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear, timely communication with program participants, faculty, partners, and stakeholders.
• Gather teaching program materials from stakeholders and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Ensure smooth execution of program operations, including AV setup, translations, and materials coordination.
• Support throughout the program duration, on-site/off-site, with some weekend work and travel.
• Ensure program expenditures align with budget and margins.
• Improve workflows to enhance learner and client experience.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships to expand offerings and market reach.
• Create program roadmaps and timelines to guide development.
• Collaborate with partners on admissions/recruitment.
• Collaborate with program management team to optimize workflows and tools.
