Job summary

EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne seeks an Education Program Manager to lead executive education programs and EMBA initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and delivering high-impact learning experiences.

You will manage operations, AV and translation logistics, develop program roadmaps, collaborate with partners, and ensure excellence from admission to delivery. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and ideally French is preferred; willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related area; master’s in hospitality/business preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience in program coordination and event organization.
• Experience managing complex higher-education programs with virtual/blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive education programs and EMBA initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence across programs, including logistics and translation.
• Develop program roadmaps and timelines; manage admissions/recruitment with partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
