Job summary

LHH in Bern, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning (m/w/d) for a 6-month assignment. The role focuses on designing and leading scalable global learning solutions to drive business performance and leadership capability.

You will collaborate with Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into impactful learning strategies and measurement plans for enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Workforce Capability.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to align learning priorities with talent strategy.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable global learning solutions.
• Program manage enterprise-wide learning initiatives from concept to evaluation.
• Measure outcomes using enterprise learning metrics and KPIs.
