• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise.
• Experience leading global learning programmes.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of scalable global learning solutions.
• Partner with HR, Talent and business leaders to identify capability needs and learning priorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide programmes from strategy through delivery and evaluation.
