Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Global Account Manager to lead a strategic, CXO-level relationship with a major manufacturing customer. You will coordinate with an account team and AWS leaders to drive executive sponsorship, business reviews, and the adoption of AWS solutions across multiple LoBs.

You will manage the global sales pipeline via Salesforce and develop long-term account strategies, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes and scale references.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of sales experience.
• Experience managing and growing complex business relationships at scale.
• Experience as primary account manager of a global federated enterprise.
• Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executives.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Experience with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).

Aufgaben

• Lead AWS customer account teams and CXO relationships.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs across LoB, F&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with internal AWS teams and external partners to deliver optimal solutions.
• Define CXO relationship strategy and coordinate executive business reviews.
• Negotiate and close complex agreements and contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of AWS solutions and translate customer needs into requirements.
