Novartis AG in Basel, Switzerland seeks a seasoned Director, Pricing and Contracting, Immunology to shape global pricing and access strategies for innovative Immunology medicines. You will lead pricing development across launches and in-market periods, partnering with Therapeutic Areas, Strategy & Growth, Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Finance to optimize value and patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or related fields.
• Experience with pricing, market access and commercial strategy across multiple brands.
• Strong above-country pricing and access experience.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience negotiating reimbursement submissions with payers.
• Proficient English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for assigned assets and indications.
• Collaborate on pricing research across countries and regions.
• Design and oversee global launch sequence optimization.
• Develop pricing and access models with strategic recommendations.
• Provide pricing input into early-stage assets and due diligence.
• Act as pricing expert for assigned countries.
• Partner with countries for pricing scenario analyses.
• Review price proposals and monitor implementation.
• Drive best-practice sharing across regions and functions.
