Responsibilities

• Lead the development of global pricing strategies for launches and lifecycle opportunities across indications, with focus on Germany & Development Markets.
• Define launch pricing frameworks, price corridors and guidance to support long-term value, reimbursement and patient access.
• Translate global pricing strategy into actionable plans for regional and country teams.
• Lead the organization from strategy to action by driving alignment and embedding pricing decisions into launch readiness.
• Partner with country teams to ensure local pricing aligns with global principles and market-specific requirements.
