Job summary

Novartis AG in Basel seeks a visionary TA Head, PK Sciences (PKS) Immunology to lead a cross‑functional team overseeing pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, bioanalysis and quantitative pharmacology across discovery to late‑stage development.

You will shape integrated development strategies, ensure scientific rigor, drive data‑driven decisions and partner with research, regulatory, and portfolio teams while mentoring scientists and representing the organization externally.

Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, biochemistry, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in biopharma with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence across teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and scientific rigor.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement integrated platform and program strategies from discovery through registration.
• Lead PKS Immunology contributions to regulatory submissions and supporting documentation.
• Oversee cross-functional collaborations across discovery, development and regulatory.
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing scientific team and lead external representation.
