Syneos Health, Inc. seeks an Executive Director of Clinical Business Development (Mid-size Accounts) to drive enterprise growth across a portfolio of strategic, global clients.

You will lead account strategy, pursue MSAs and partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions. You will build long-term relationships with executives, navigate procurement processes, and craft multi-year growth plans aligned with corporate objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationship management in the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor's degree in science or related field; MBA/PhD/MD is a plus; extensive clinical research and commercialization experience.
• Significant experience in the clinical trial industry with deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape.

Aufgaben

• Leads global business development across a portfolio of high-value accounts; drives strategic growth and revenue expansion.
• Identifies, evaluates, and pursues enterprise opportunities, including MSAs and strategic alliances.
• Creates long-term strategic growth plans for key global clients aligned with commercial objectives.
• Serves as strategic advisor to client executives, understanding priorities and partnerships expectations.
• Navigates global procurement to influence decisions and streamline contracting processes.
• Collaborates with therapeutic leads, operations, and delivery to co-create client-tailored solutions.
• Leads development of high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintains CRM records including strategy, contacts, opportunities and communications.
• Represents the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and cultivate opportunities.
• Monitors market dynamics and competitor activity to refine account strategies.
