Syneos Health is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Business Development (Mid-size Accounts) to lead enterprise growth across a portfolio of mid-size pharmaceutical accounts. Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in strategic sales and global business development in life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field; MBA/PhD/MD a plus.
• Significant experience in the clinical development landscape and CRO partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and multi-stakeholder leadership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office and data-driven decision making.

• Lead global BD efforts across high-value accounts to drive growth.
• Identify and pursue enterprise-level opportunities, MSAs and strategic alliances.
• Develop multi-year strategic growth plans for key global clients.
• Advise client executives by understanding business priorities and pipelines.
• Navigate procurement to influence decisions and streamline contracting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create client-tailored solutions.
• Lead development of proposals, RFP responses and executive presentations.
• Maintain CRM records with account strategy and communications.
• Represent Syneos Health at industry events to generate opportunities.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to refine strategies.
