Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division in Zuchwil is seeking a Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to govern planning master data and drive data-driven decision making. You will develop policies, KPIs, and dashboards to measure forecast accuracy and inventory levels.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to optimize data integrity and enable continuous improvement across ERP systems and analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics or related disciplines.
Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
ERP experience with SAP and/or JD Edwards (JDE).
Proven ability to develop and manage KPI frameworks.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Implement governance for planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, reorder points).
Develop KPI frameworks and metrics for forecast accuracy and inventory health.
Analyze datasets and deliver insights to improve planning performance.
Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and partners.
Collaborate to implement BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy.
Partner with IT and stakeholders to support ERP enhancements and integrations.
