Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Zuchwil, Switzerland, seeks a seasoned Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to govern planning master data and analytics across DePuy Synthes. You will drive data governance, parameter governance, and data-driven decision making with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will develop KPI frameworks, improve forecast accuracy, and lead BI tooling and ERP data initiatives, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence across the planning function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, including SAP and/or JD Edwards (JDE).
• Proven experience developing and managing planning performance metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business insights and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
• Develop key performance indicator frameworks and performance metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, planning effectiveness, and master data quality.
• Analyze sophisticated datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations and complex analytical concepts to leadership, business partners, and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement and manage business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and standardization across systems.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to support ERP enhancements, data architecture improvements, and system integrations.
