Job summary

AO Foundation in Davos, Switzerland seeks a senior communications professional to develop and deliver high-quality corporate communications for diverse audiences across internal and external channels. You will ensure alignment with the AO’s narrative, governance, and standards while supporting leadership, stakeholder, and media communications.

You will coordinate content across channels, adapt messaging, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve drafting and quality control.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years in corporate communications or related fields
• Experience writing for multiple audiences and channels
• Experience with media relations or external communications is advantageous
• Experience coordinating communications projects from brief to publication
• Experience supporting executive communications is beneficial
• Experience in international or complex stakeholder environments is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers corporate communications content across internal and external channels
• Supports leadership and media communications through drafting and coordination
• Delivers content across owned and shared channels with consistent messaging
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align messaging with the corporate narrative
• Applies AI-assisted drafting, editing, and quality control
• Manages communications projects from brief to delivery, timelines and approvals
• Coordinates external suppliers when required
• Tracks feedback and performance to improve effectiveness
