Job summary

AO Foundation Davos is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and deliver high-quality corporate communications for internal and external audiences. You will ensure alignment with AO’s narrative, governance, and editorial standards, supporting leadership communications and coordinating across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes content development, channel execution, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to work in an international, not-for-profit medical education network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate communications or related fields
• Experience writing for multiple audiences/channels
• Experience coordinating communications projects from brief to publication
• Experience with leadership or executive communications is a plus
• Experience in an international or complex stakeholder environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in English (fluent) in writing and speaking

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers communication materials across channels, applying the AO's narrative and standards
• Supports leadership and media communications through drafting, content coordination, and preparation of materials
• Delivers corporate communications across owned and shared channels with consistent messaging
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment with corporate narrative
• Applies AI-powered tools to enhance drafting, editing, and quality control
• Manages communication activities from brief to delivery, including timelines and approvals
• Coordinates external suppliers when required to deliver outputs within scope
