On in Zurich seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Communications to lead global storytelling and channel strategy across digital, written, and live formats. You will partner with the CHRO and founders to shape executive voice, guide change management, and align teams with On’s mission and values.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience leading internal or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated storytelling mastery with ability to translate complex strategies into clear narratives.
• Executive presence with coaching and advisory experience for C-suite leaders.
• Proven leadership in distributed, high-performing communications teams.
• Strong experience in event strategy and live show production for large employee gatherings.

Aufgaben

• Define and evolve the internal channel ecosystem and tone of voice across global teams.
• Co-create and shape the global editorial strategy across live events, writing moments, and creative media.
• Partner with senior executives to codify core organizational frameworks and align teams around strategic tenets.
• Oversee content strategy for major internal events (Global Town Halls, AMAs, inspiration formats).
• Lead speechwriting and cultural engagement for senior leaders, translating thought leadership into narratives.
• Guide communications through change and reactive scenarios with clarity and calm.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with HR, External Communications, Events, Investor Relations, and Marketing.
• Build, mentor, and empower a distributed internal communications team across offices and time zones.
