Job summary

AO Foundation in Davos is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications professional to develop and deliver high-quality materials across internal and external channels. You will align content with the AO’s narrative and governance, supporting leadership and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes editorial excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and the use of AI-assisted drafting tools to improve efficiency. 1x weekly on-site presence at AO Davos HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years in corporate communications, internal communications, external communications, PR, media relations, stakeholder communications, editorial, or related fields.
• Experience writing and editing communications materials for multiple audiences and channels.
• Experience supporting media relations, public relations, German-language media, or external communications activities is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating communications projects from brief through publication, including timelines, review, approvals, and performance follow-up.
• Experience supporting leadership communications activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers communication materials across channels, applying AO’s corporate narrative and editorial standards.
• Supports leadership, stakeholder, and media communications through drafting, content coordination, and preparation of materials.
• Delivers corporate communications across relevant channels (owned and shared), ensuring consistent messaging in collaboration with channel owners.
• Works with internal stakeholders to deliver materials, guiding messaging and structure toward the corporate narrative.
• Applies AI-powered tools to enhance drafting, editing, and quality control.
