Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German a plus

Aufgaben

• Support the design, administration, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs globally
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data
• Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory standards
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward-related topics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools
