You will lead market benchmarking, prepare reward proposals and management materials, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll while driving continuous improvement in reward tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

Job Description

The Compensation Specialist supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs globally. The role contributes to ensuring that reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's strategy. Your main tasks include:
