Zusammenfassung

Helvetia Schweiz is seeking a Compensation Specialist to shape compensation processes with accuracy and transparency. You will partner with HR, management and governance bodies, delivering analyses, dashboards and materials for executives and the Board.

The role covers group-wide compensation elements, benefits programs and pay transparency topics in an international setting, requiring a proactive, hands-on attitude and strong data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business administration, economics, finance, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
• First experiences in Compensation & Benefits, ideally international.
• Good understanding of compensation processes, incentive schemes and market benchmarking.
• High level of accuracy, discretion with sensitive data and governance requirements.
• Ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear insights and recommendations.
• Clear communication skills and ability to advise stakeholders professionally.

Aufgaben

• Play an important role in the annual salary review and bonus processes for executive functions, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Prepare meaningful compensation analyses, reports and dashboards for HR, management and governance bodies.
• Help shape and continuously improve compensation elements, processes and tools across the Group.
• Take ownership of selected group-wide benefit programmes and employee share account administration.
• Create clear and well-structured compensation materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Support compensation planning, regulatory reporting and audit documentation with key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted contact for HR teams and line managers on compensation questions and pay transparency topics.
