Merck Healthcare in Eysins, Switzerland, seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end clinical operational strategy for Phase I–IV studies. You will lead global trial teams, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH-GCP while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical research with managerial responsibility.
• Expert in multiple Therapeutic Areas and trial planning/startup.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end clinical operational strategy and delivery for Phase I–IV studies.
• Lead large global trial teams in a matrix organization and drive budgets, timelines and quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidance (ICH‑GCP), and Governance Committees decisions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to non-study initiatives while maintaining high performance.
