Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or Life Sciences required.
• 8–10 years of professional and project management experience in delivering Clinical Operations of global clinical trials.
• Expert knowledge of clinical development principles and regulatory environment (ICH GCP and local regs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and ensure quality of site level activities for Phase I–IV studies; act as a primary contact for site management and operations.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for CSL activities across studies.
• Drive data‑driven planning, accountability, and collaboration with CROs and internal partners.
