Job summary

Merck Group seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Leader to manage Phase I–III studies in a hybrid-sourcing or in-house setting. You will direct large global project teams, develop trial strategies, and ensure budgets, timelines, and quality standards meet governance expectations.

You will mentor teams, respond to operational challenges, and drive innovations while adhering to SOPs and ICH-GCP. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in clinical research with managerial responsibility.
• Expert experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Experience in managing Medical device type of studies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–III studies, including registrational ones, in hybrid-sourcing or in-house models.
• Develop clinical trial strategy and ensure delivery within budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and drive best-practice across projects and departments.
• Ensure all study activities comply with SOPs/WIs and ICH-GCP guidelines, including audits.
