Zusammenfassung

Datalynx AG is seeking a Global Clinical Distribution Lead to manage end-to-end distribution for a portfolio of clinical trials. You will join a global team with members in Switzerland, the US and Canada, ensuring on-time delivery to depots and clinical sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating depot supply, representing distribution in cross-functional teams, resolving issues with partners, and driving process improvements in a GMP environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business (Operations or Supply Chain) or Biotechnology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
• Experience in cross-functional, international and agile organisations.
• Confident in influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to solve problems independently and handle complex priorities.
• Curious and open to new ideas, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and good MS Office/Google Workspace skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage on-time delivery of shipments across a global depot network in line with study requirements.
• Represent the distribution function in protocol execution teams and global supply execution teams.
• Resolve operational/system issues with internal and external partners.
• Plan and coordinate depot supply in alignment with clinical demand and supply planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements in global distribution.
• Process transactions in the clinical supply system with high accuracy and diagnostics.
• Work in a GMP-compliant environment following quality procedures.
• Handle quality incidents, CAPAs, and planned changes.
