SimplyVision GmbH in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland seeks a Global Clinical Distribution Lead with strong Clinical Supply Chain experience and proficiency in SAP, CLARA, and Veeva. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office, starting asap for a 1-year contract, involving coordination across PETs and gSETs to ensure on-time delivery and GMP compliance.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain) or Biotechnology.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in Clinical Trial Management or logistics.
  • Strong SAP/ERP systems knowledge.
  • Experience in cross-functional/cross-cultural and agile organizational models.
  • Action-oriented with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

  • Manage On-time Delivery Performance for network shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand.
  • Engage in Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs) and distribution meetings.
  • Drive resolution of operational and system matters impacting on-time delivery with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate network depot supply with Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and partners.
  • Lead cross-functional distribution projects and improvement initiatives supporting global distribution strategy.
  • Execute with accuracy in the CLARA system and perform diagnostics at 1st/2nd level.

For our customer located in Kaiseraugst/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Global Clinical Distribution Lead (m/f/d)

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Clinical Supply Chain management, supported by strong technical proficiency in SAP, CLARA, Veeva, MS Office, and Google Suite. Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Global Clinical Distribution Lead, you will play a variety of roles according to your experience, knowledge, and general business/team requirements, such as:

  • Manage the On-time Delivery Performance for network supply shipments in the distribution network to meet study requirements and patient demand
  • Effective participation and engagement on Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and ad-hoc distribution-related meetings on behalf of PTDS
  • Drive resolution of operational and system matters impacting on-time delivery collaborating with providers internal and external
  • Execute and coordinate network depot supply in coordination with the Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and other partners as needed
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional and internal distribution-related projects and process improvement initiatives supporting the global distribution and PTDS strategy
  • Execute with the highest level of accuracy in the CLARA system and perform 1st and 2nd-level diagnostics
  • Operate within a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring adherence to quality procedures in place
  • Processing event records such as quality incidents as well as CAPAs and Changes (Planned Events) if applicable
Must Haves
  • Degree (BA, BS, MS, MBA) in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management), Biotechnology or relevant field
  • 3-4 years’ experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or other Supply Chain disciplines, preferably in the Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong SAP / ERP systems knowledge and experience
  • Experience in cross-functional/cross-cultural and agile organizational models
  • You are action-oriented and can influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • You demonstrate curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate, focusing on continuous learning and improvement
  • You have a collaborative and agile mindset, actively looking to contribute to cross-functional teams and develop a self-directed team organization
  • You solve problems and can manage complex situations autonomously
  • You can manage multiple tasks and priorities
Nice to Haves
  • Operational Excellence/ Six Sigma/ Lean training a plus
  • APICS and/or SCOR certification a plus
