Stracon Services AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced supply chain leader to oversee the distribution network for clinical trials, with responsibility for >100k shipments per year and global coordination with 3PLs, LSPs, and internal partners.

You will drive network strategy, cost optimization (>CHF 50m annually), and standardization of processes with QA and BCLs, while advancing SRM and regulatory compliance (GxP/GCP).

Qualifikationen

• We require a degree in a technical, business, or supply chain field and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management including warehouse and transportation.
• Expertise in clinical supply chain distribution processes and SRM.
• Architectural role in the distribution organization, with ability to streamline non-value-adding work.
• Excellent communication skills to present to senior leadership.
• Minimum 6+ years in supply chain, distribution, planning, or manufacturing with clinical distribution experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and optimize the distribution network (>100k shipments per year) for Roche/Genentech clinical trials.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality) and external partners (3PLs, LSPs).
• Contribute to and execute the network and capabilities strategy; plan new locations and readiness.
• Drive distribution cost optimization (> CHF 50m/year) and standardization of processes with QA.
• Co-create objectives for the global network; foster continuous improvements and self-managed teams.
• Ensure distribution network compliance with GxP and GCP standards.
