Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Business/Operations/Supply Chain/BIotech).
• Minimum three years in clinical trial management, logistics, or a related supply chain discipline.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in cross-functional, international teams and agile environments.
• Fluent English with strong communication and listening skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage on-time delivery of shipments across the distribution network to meet study requirements and patient demand.
• Represent clinical distribution in cross-functional study and supply execution teams.
• Resolve operational and system issues affecting delivery performance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate depot replenishment with clinical demand and supply planning teams.
• Lead distribution projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in clinical supply systems and perform troubleshooting.
• Work within a GMP-compliant environment and follow quality procedures.
• Process quality incidents, CAPAs, and change controls where applicable.
