Qualifikationen

• Degree (BA, BS, MS, MBA) in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management), Biotechnology or relevant field
• 3-4 years’ experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or other Supply Chain disciplines
• Strong SAP / ERP systems knowledge and experience
• Experience in cross-functional/cross-cultural and agile organizational models
• Action-oriented with ability to influence internal & external stakeholders
• Curiosity, active listening, and willingness to experiment and learn
• Collaborative and agile mindset contributing to cross-functional teams
• Ability to solve problems and manage complex situations autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Aufgaben

• Manage on-time delivery performance for network shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand
• Participate in PETs, gSETs, and related meetings on behalf of PTDS
• Drive resolution of operational/system issues affecting on-time delivery with providers
• Coordinate network depot supply with Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and partners
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Maintain high accuracy in CLARA system and perform 1st/2nd-level diagnostics
• Operate in GMP-compliant environment following quality procedures
• Process quality incidents, CAPAs and changes (if applicable)
