You will review process maturity, lead improvements in operations data, and mentor site leaders to foster a culture of continuous enhancement and talent development within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Masters Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or relevant education with relevant work experience.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel).
• Knowledge in SAP is a big advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in change management.
• Structured working style with an eye for details.

Aufgaben

• Design and improve operations footprint: Engage in make or buy decisions, assess new products from financial and risk perspective, participate in global network assessments and strategic projects.
• Review and improve operations processes: Assess production site maturity, contribute as expert in operations improvement projects, own and improve Operations Masterdata.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement: coach and mentor professionals and operations leaders, active in talent management.
