ten23 health AG is seeking a Senior Automation & OT Engineer to shape our automation strategy and ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of the production technology on the shop floor.

You will lead complex automation projects at the intersection of automation engineering and IT operations, balancing hands-on PLC/SCADA work with GMP‑compliant change control and documentation to support safe manufacturing in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial automation or IT in GMP pharma.
• 2 lines?
• Experience with fill/finish operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Develop automation strategy and lead complex projects.
• Maintain day-to-day reliability, compliance, and change management.
• Provide on-call support and collaborate with QA, maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity and CSV compliance.
