The Global Automation Lead is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and governing the corporate automation blueprint across our global CDMO network. This role acts as the primary catalyst for the company’s automation strategy, transforming traditional manufacturing sites into highly integrated manufacturing facilities. A critical mandate of this position is managing the lifecycle and obsolescence planning of all plant‑floor automation equipment. By holding a functional (dotted‑line) reporting connection to all local Site Automation Heads, this leader will harmonize automation standards globally, streamline cross‑site tech transfers for client products, and collaborate seamlessly with global IT/OT and physical engineering teams to bridge the gap between software and steel.
