Job summary
Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partnership Manager based in Switzerland to drive revenue growth by managing a global portfolio of SSPs and DSPs. You will own partnerships, optimize performance across display, video, CTV, and audio, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams.
The role emphasizes strategic negotiation, data-driven decisions, onboarding coordination, and compliance with data protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English with strong written and spoken communication.
- Proven track record in adtech or programmatic partnerships.
- Experience with SSPs/DSPs and revenue growth.
- Ability to build and manage multi-partner pipelines.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven decision making and dashboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of a global SSP/DSP portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through partner performance optimization.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure partner compliance.
- Analyze revenue trends and report insights to leadership.
- Negotiate terms and optimize private marketplace deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance in partnerships.
- Develop dashboards and documentation for visibility.
- Monitor market intelligence and identify opportunities.
