Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partnership Manager – Demand in Switzerland to lead strategic relationships with SSPs, DSPs and key partners across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio. You will drive revenue growth, own partner performance, and coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Demand Ops to resolve challenges and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in adtech or programmatic advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, schain, ads.txt.
• Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships and drive revenue.
• Analytical with revenue metrics like RPM, fill rate, and revenue share.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DPAs, IOs, and GDPR requirements.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to structure processes for AI-powered tools.
• Strategic, proactive and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners.
• Set partner revenue targets and track performance and growth.
• Analyze bid dynamics, QPS alignment, and PMP opportunities to maximize monetization.
• Lead negotiations on revenue sharing, terms, and performance conditions.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and resolve disputes.
• Evaluate new partnerships and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Develop dashboards to monitor partner revenue and health.
• Ensure privacy and compliance reviews with DPO and privacy specialists.
