Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Partnership Manager based in Switzerland to own and grow a global portfolio of SSPs and DSPs. You will drive revenue, manage commercial relationships, and optimize performance across display, video, CTV, and audio advertising.

Collaborate with product, tech, finance, and legal to unlock partner value. You will evaluate new partnerships, oversee onboarding, ensure data protection compliance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve bid dynamics and yield.

Qualifications

6–10 years in adtech/programmatic roles such as SSP/DSP partnerships or yield management.
Experience with revenue growth, partner negotiations, and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with GDPR and DPAs in programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of a global SSP/DSP portfolio and partnerships.
Lead revenue growth, performance optimization, and strategic reviews with partners.
Coordinate onboarding, integration, and ongoing partner performance tracking.
Negotiate terms, fees, and revenue shares; benchmark partners for optimization.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Technology to resolve escalations.
