WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in Barcelona. You will reach out to B2B clients, introduce AI-powered advertising solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates. The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross annually plus a target bonus of €5,175, with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for career development in a fast-growing AI

Qualifications

• German: C1 proficiency.
• English: B2 proficiency or higher.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or similar.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital advertising).
• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• CRM tools and sales pipeline management experience.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to potential B2B customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Assess business requirements and introduce AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Work towards individual sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Record and update prospect information and sales progress in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and transition to customer success.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
