Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in Barcelona. The role focuses on connecting with business clients and introducing AI-powered advertising solutions while supporting relocation to Barcelona.

The position offers relocation assistance, on-site work in Barcelona, and a base salary of €30,000 plus a €5,175 annual on-target bonus with uncapped earning potential. German C1 and English B2 required.

Qualifications

German: C1 proficiency required.
English: B2 proficiency or higher.
2–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or similar.
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital ads).
Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and C-levels.
Strong CRM usage and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Assess business needs and present AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Work toward sales targets and key performance indicators.
Record interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
