Job summary

WW Talents recruits a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international AI advertising company in Barcelona. You will reach out to B2B clients, introduce AI-powered advertising solutions, and help grow the sales pipeline on-site.

Requirements include German C1, English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, CRM experience, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency (C1) required.
• English proficiency (B2) required.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital advertising).
• Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calls, and lead generation.
• Involvement in pre-sales and lead qualification.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• CRM familiarity and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, email campaigns, social selling and inbound inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Assess client needs and present AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Record interactions and update CRM with sales progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and smooth handover to customer success.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
