Tavrion Dynamics in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing AI advertising solutions team. You will own the full sales cycle, acquire new business, and help clients grow through our innovative AI-powered advertising platform.

The role requires 2–3 years of B2B sales, fluency in German (C1) and strong English (B2), plus a proactive, target-driven approach. Base salary €30,000 plus a performance bonus up to €5,175 and relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and presenting to them.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Cold calling experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound and outbound sales, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
