• Languages: Native or C2-level German plus fluent English.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing experience.

• CRM: Experience managing customer relationships and CRM systems.
• AI: Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and create high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
• Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.

• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
