Job summary

IFRS Foundation in Geneva is expanding with a new office and seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to build the recruitment function from the ground up. You will design and deliver end-to-end recruitment for the Geneva project, focusing on specialist and senior roles to meet the organisation's growth.

Qualifications

• Senior in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with strategic focus.
• End-to-end recruitment expertise from briefing to onboarding.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting; build candidate pipelines.
• Experience in sustainability, financial services or professional services.
• Knowledge of Swiss employment practices and labour law.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Geneva office, including specialist and senior roles.
• Lead sourcing, talent mapping and direct headhunting; build pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
• Partner with HRBs and hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
• Ensure governance via HR processes, data records and KPIs.
