Zusammenfassung

FinanceTalent invites applications for an Audit Assistant to join our team in Geneva or Lausanne. You will participate in audit engagements for local and international clients under supervision and assist in IFRS audits. This role is 100% and available for September or October 2026.

You will prepare audit documentation, perform testing, and contribute to special assignments while developing knowledge of our audit methodologies and tools. Fluent French and English are required, with German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related field.
• Previous audit experience is an asset.
• Strong interest in accounting and auditing, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Good understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Participate in audit engagements for local and international clients under the supervision of managers and partners.
• Assist in the execution of ordinary, limited, and IFRS audits.
• Prepare audit documentation and perform audit testing in accordance with RSM methodology.
• Contribute to special audit assignments and other assurance engagements.
• Develop your knowledge of the RSM audit approach, methodologies, and tools.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients while delivering high-quality service.
• Act as an ambassador of RSM, promoting our values, culture, and team spirit.
