Qualifications

• First successful experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Open-minded, purpose-driven person and authentic team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Audit stakeholders and manage recruitment relationships.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure best-in-class candidate experience.
• Align with business goals and develop sourcing solutions for high-quality candidates.
• Focus on graduate recruitment and advise on current trends and expectations.
• Bring ideas to the table and run ad-hoc projects.
