Qualifications

• First successful experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Open-minded, purpose-driven person and authentic team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Audit stakeholders and manage recruitment relationships.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure best-in-class candidate experience.

We are looking for aJunior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Genevatopartner with both the business and our employer branding team to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents.

As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other teams. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

Your key responsibilities

• As the key point of contact for Audit stakeholders, you will proactively manage relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
