Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR admin, or related area.
• Strong organization; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with service mindset.
• Experience with ATS and HR tech platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and interest in data analytics and digital tools.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, discretion with confidential information.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across functions and hiring teams.
• Screen candidates and support assessment and selection.
• Be primary contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Support hiring managers with interview logistics and tracking.
• Prepare recruitment docs and candidate materials.
• Monitor feedback to improve candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
