Qualifikationen

• Previous recruitment experience as a coordinator or recruiter, in-house or agency.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, detail oriented and dedicated to excellent service.
• Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Experience hiring interns or technical roles is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Immediate availability for a 3-month interim role based in Lausanne.

Aufgaben

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting creation and publication across job boards and career sites.
• Conduct CV screening and first round interviews with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage interview logistics, including invitations, room bookings, virtual setup, and stakeholder communication.
• Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain ATS records.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
• Manage offers and onboarding for intern hiring.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics when required.
