Job summary

Harrington Starr in Geneva seeks a New Business Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the Swiss market, focusing on AI and Fintech solutions for banks and trading firms.

You will own the Geneva/Switzerland pipeline, build a strong local presence, manage the full cycle from opportunity to close, work with the Paris leadership as the local face, and help lay the groundwork for future regional expansion as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS into financial services is an advantage.
• Based in or around Geneva or willing to relocate.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing deals.
• Comfortable in smaller, less structured organisations with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Geneva/Switzerland sales pipeline.
• Build local presence by attending meetings and nurturing relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
• Collaborate with Paris-based leadership as the local face of the business in Switzerland.
• Lay groundwork for future regional expansion as the business grows.
