Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in product management or digital product development.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI or data-driven products.
• Track record of driving adoption of digital products or new ways of working.
• Excellent communication and a strong analytical, user-centric mindset.
• Experience managing vendors, licenses or budgets; knowledge of AI governance and data privacy.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously develop the product strategy, roadmap and backlog for GenAI tools such as AxpoGPT, Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Drive adoption across Axpo through user communities, product launches and change initiatives.
• Define and track product and adoption KPIs, turning data and user feedback into concrete improvements.
• Engage with employees and business teams across Axpo to understand needs and identify AI opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, feature requests and tooling costs with AI engineers and providers.
• Create educational content and deliver workshops, presentations and demos for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security and Governance to ensure GenAI products comply with policies and risk controls.
