Job summary

Axpo Group is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist in Baden to design and deliver learning journeys that build AI confidence across teams. You will transform new tools into everyday, responsible use and work with GenAI engineers and product teams to enable practical AI adoption.

The role requires strong AI literacy, curriculum design, and experience in technology enablement or change management. A hybrid work setup with up to 50% remote is offered across Axpo locations.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy with hands-on experience using AI tools and responsible use.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
• 2–4 years in technology enablement, digital adoption, training, L&D or change management.
• Experience designing enablement activities from needs analysis to measurement.
• Excellent facilitation and content creation across formats (e-learning, video, visuals, written guides).
• Working knowledge of adoption KPIs and usage analytics; proficient with Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design learning programs: assess AI literacy needs and build curricula and journeys.
• Plan change management strategies and communication plans per audience.
• Deliver hands-on trainings, workshops and adoption sessions across Axpo locations.
• Collaborate with GenAI engineers, product owners and data/platform teams.
• Grow a network of AI champions and organize community events.
• Define adoption KPIs, monitor usage and report impact while ensuring responsible AI use.
