Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery leadership roles within consulting or large IT programs.
• Experience managing multi-stream enterprise programs and client accounts.
• Strong governance, scope control and contract delivery under MSAs/SOWs.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a full client account across initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and budget
• Establish governance frameworks, operating cadence and reporting
• Enable data-driven management using KPIs and dashboards
• Partner with Account Management and Technology leadership to deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive adoption of GenAI-enabled and automation-driven practices across delivery
